4. Payment Terms

•Subscription Services: Fees for website subscriptions are billed monthly, and payment is due on the agreed billing date.

•Custom Projects: Payment terms for one-time services or custom projects will be outlined in your contract.

•Late payments: may result in a suspension of services or additional fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

We do not sell physical goods. However, for any disputes or dissatisfaction with our digital services, we request clients to contact us at hello@adnovy.com. Within 14 days of service delivery. We’ll work to resolve issues promptly.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in question.

10. Termination of Services

Adnovy may terminate services if:

•Payment is overdue beyond the specified grace period.

•Clients violate these Terms of Service.

•Clients engage in unlawful or unethical activities using our services.

Upon termination, clients will lose access to hosted content, and outstanding balances must be settled immediately.
